Shipping policy

Orders are shipped out Monday - Friday with a 2 - 4 business day processing time. All orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail. Orders that do not show as delivered after 2 weeks within the United States will be remade and sent out. Orders that show delivered but were not received are not the responsibility of Maple Leathercraft or USPS. Buyers are responsible for having a secure place for their packages to be delivered. If missing you can contact your local USPS office and they can help you confirm the GPS coordinates where it was delivered.
