This is amazing company. There was a problem with my first order ( my error) I forgot to add info to my Engraving. I was sad it wasn’t right but again it was my fault. When the company asked how I liked my order I said yes. And then Explained to my mistake. She told me she would send me out another one no charge to shipping. I couldn’t believe it. She went ahead, engraved it the right way, and sent me out a whole new bracelet. I was able to give it to my friend who had lost her mother with a special engraving complete with the Bible verse. I wanted on it that I had forgot she was so excited to be able to get The bracelet again thank you so Much to this company for making my order right I didn’t have to, but they did.
