Refund policy

I have a 30-day return policy on non-engraved items only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Custom engraved items are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


To start a return, please contact me at info@mapleleathercraft.com. I'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can get the issue resolved.


Exchanges / Resizing

If you have ordered the wrong size and need it exchanged or resized please reach out to me. There's a $7 resizing / exchange fee to cover shipping to and from on all USA orders. I will send you a return label once the fee has been paid.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
